The text says:
     "The DELETE-VOICEPRINT method removes a voiceprint from a 
     repository.  
     This method MUST carry the Repository-URI and 
     Voiceprint-Identifier header fields.

If the corresponding voiceprint does not exist, the 
DELETE-VOICEPRINT method still returns a 200 status code."

     What if the client is not allowed to delete the 
     voiceprint? Do we need a separate "not allowed" error return?
