Resolution:  Deferred beyond MRCPv2.  This is a great suggestion but considered
too much to add into the current specification.  Interested parties are
encouraged to develop and submit extensions to MRCPv2 and/or other
specifications for relevant exception content.

There are a few emails that have suggested the creation of special exception
notification events.  Two are
