Still I am wondering if it make sense to take out the event package specification to a separate draft but I do not think it is crucial.

There are some nits

1. In 5.2 just before section 6 "retrieves" to "retrieves"

2. In  6.1.4.1 second bullet "explicity" to "explicitly"
Same typo  in 6.2.4.1

3. In section 6.1.4.2 (configured or discoverd) to (configured or
discovered)

4. In section 6.3.1 "the device must enrol in the order" to  "the device must enroll in the following order"
