Summary: Ready with nits


Comments:

All the reviewers are fine with the changes, which I have just reviewed in anticipation of doing the PROTO write-up and there are just a couple nits:

1) You need to include the "Intended status: Informational" in the document header
2) Abstract - typo in first sentence: "This documents describes..." should be "This document describes..."
3) Section 3.4.2, 2nd paragraph, 2nd sentence: "...NAT bindind." should be "....NAT binding." 

I'll send the PROTO writeup to AD as soon as I see the -03.
