Design teams -- groups of people with specific interests in tackling specific SIP protocol tasks. The general idea is that design teams will get together, hash out some of the issues, and submit their work as Internet Drafts. They may correspond on the main list, on private lists, or however they need to get their work done. This is not a formal structure. If you want to work with the people listed, let them know.
