1) S1, should the top-level pseudo-domain "invalid" be ".invalid"
 instead?

2) This draft states that rfc2606 does not state how
 implementations should treat TLDs and second-level domain
 names defined in rfc2606.  This draft further goes on to establish
 procedures on what it means to say that a DNS name is
 reserved for special use.  I am curious in that is there any
 draft that goes back and explains the special domain names in
 rfc2606?
