My major technical Last Call comments have been addressed.

For the record, the IAB Considerations haven't been changed. It's still 
my opinion that it's a bit hypocritical to publish TURN without saying 
clearly that its lifetime is indefinite and the first two IAB UNSAF
criteria cannot realistically be satisfied in this case. But I don't
see that as a reason to delay the document.
