The main intent of these reviews is to determine a consensus on whether issues or ideas that have been raised (mostly on the list) require changes to the GRUU specification before sending GRUU to the IESG for IETF Last Call. Where I have found a correlation between this list and the issue tracker at http://www.softarmor.com/sipwg/ reviews/gruu/gruu-10-comments-v2.htm, I have included the reference.  
The fact that there isn't a tracker entry for each issue (these issues were taken from JDR's list) indicates we may not be tracking all the issues yet.

Format for discussion:

1) Moderator introduces the issue.
2) The issue reporter or other party will discuss for clarification if needed.
3) Discussion (brief) follows.
4)  Moderator will ask for a sense of whether the issue is a) understood and b) requires changes to the GRUU doc.
5) may repeat 3-4 cycle
6) Secretary records consensus in minutes.
7) Proceed to next issue.
